No Athlete Left Behind is a donor-led organization that connects young, underprivileged athletes with the resources needed to attack life on and off the playing field. With your support, children and teens from all backgrounds can enjoy a bright and successful future.
By the time Powell-native Lee Smith first stepped on the field as a professional football player, he knew a thing or two about second chances. The wayward tight end had already blown through 50 of them.
Lee’s dream to provide first and second chances to young athletes like himself started during his 11-year NFL career. Now retired, he’s putting faith, football and family first to become the role model kids in our community need.
At No Athlete Left Behind Foundation, our events are more than just opportunities to gather—they are powerful moments that unite our community in the shared mission of empowering youth athletes. Each fundraiser, festival, and activity plays a vital role in providing the resources and support these young athletes need to overcome challenges on and off the field.
